Mike Christian: 1989 Bodybuilding Seminar and Posing

We’re fairly sure this was in 1989; the event was an EFBB show at Latham’s Gym, Middleton UK.

In the late 80’s Mike Christian was extremely popular and made a tour of the UK.  He also competed in the 1989 English Grand Prix where he placed 4th.  Mike’s in great shape and poses extensively at the end of the video.
