The 2016 Olympia weekend known as the Joe Weider’s Olympia Fitness and Performance Weekend was held in Las Vegas, Nevada.
On Saturday September 17th we covered all of the action from the Men’s Physique Olympia at the Expo stage. JEREMY BUENDIA of USA was crowned as the outstanding Men’s Physique Olympia champion for 2016. You can now enjoy every round from the complete Prejudging through to the final posedown and awards.

Some interesting facts about the IFBB Pro Physique class at the IFBB Mr. Olympia:
Introduction: The IFBB Pro Physique class was introduced in 2012 as a new category in the IFBB Professional League. It was designed to showcase athletes with a more athletic and aesthetic physique compared to the traditional bodybuilding class.
Criteria: The Pro Physique class judges athletes based on their overall aesthetics, muscle tone, symmetry, and conditioning. The emphasis is on a well-developed physique with a V-taper, a small waist, and muscularity without excessive size.
Division Growth: The Pro Physique division has gained popularity and recognition over the years, attracting a significant number of competitors. It has become a highly competitive class within the IFBB Professional League.
Olympia Debut: The Pro Physique class made its debut at the prestigious IFBB Mr. Olympia competition in 2013, just a year after its introduction. This allowed the top physique athletes to compete on the biggest bodybuilding stage.
Reigning Champions: Notable winners of the IFBB Pro Physique class at the IFBB Mr. Olympia include Jeremy Buendia (2013-2017), who won the title for five consecutive years, and Brandon Hendrickson (2018-2019), who succeeded Buendia as the champion. The class has seen various champions since its inception.
Female Division: The Pro Physique class is not exclusive to male athletes. There is also a female counterpart known as the IFBB Pro Women's Physique class, which was introduced in 2013. It follows similar criteria but tailored for the female physique.
