Art Atwood & TJ Humphreys - Men of Steel

Art Atwood - I was born on December 27, 1973 in Wisconsin. I grew up on competitive sports, mainly football and track. I started training with weights when I was twelve to increase my speed and power. I was very fortunate to have coaches and an older brother who were knowledgeable and committed to intense training. They were my major motivators and taught me the basics of weight training.

Now, 16 years later, I have mastered the sport of bodybuilding. Taking my inner drive to be the best. I utilized all my efforts to transform my body into a walking form of "Art". Through mind blowing training sessions and by eating tremendous amounts of chickens and cows. I have built a body that is powerful and ultimately unique. God has blessed me to be able to take my passion for bodybuilding and use it to support myself and encourage others to get into the best shape of their lives.

I met T.J. at one of my contests through a mutual friend and after talking with him for only a few minutes, I could tell that he had "it." That "it" is very unique and rare quality that few people own. "It" is a fire that burns deep within and a personal drive to be the best. T.J. called me up one day and gave me an opportunity to come down to Dallas to build my supplement empire. Gratefully, I took the offer and things started to really happen for the both of us. We started training together and it was a BLAST! We mad this video to capture our sessions together and I believe you will really enjoy it!

Needless to say, T.J. scored a TON of photo opportunities at his show and I made a top 5 placing at my next professional contest. Both of us are enjoying the "lifestyle" that we created and we are here to share our experience with you! Train hard, live your life to the fullest, and God Bless!

T.J. Humphreys - I started bodybuilding in the summer of 2004 on a bet from a friend of mine in Colorado. He dared me to compete, and I had no desire to get up in front of a thousand people in a bikini, but Justin told me something that I will never forget... he asked me to compete for all of the guys out there who bust their asses in the gym but don't have the genetics to win. At that point, I felt obligated, and to this day, that drive and ambition is fuelled by the fact that God has given me the physique and the work ethic to excel in the sport of bodybuilding and fitness modelling.

I was "discovered" by Meredith Apel of Weider Publishing at the 2005 USA. She picked me and the eventual winner, Phil Heath, for their photo shoots that weekend. Out of 200 competitors, Phil and I were the chosen ones. Since then I have been cast to shoot two covers and 5 articles for Muscle and Fitness since the USA. And, in June of 2006, I got my first contract with Prolab Nutrition as their featured athlete, and have featured Prolab products in FLEX and Muscle and Fitness magazines.

I have been at it for two years, and it has been one helluva ride. I'm looking forward to what the future holds for me, so stay tuned!

BRANCH WARREN - TRAIN INSANE DVD

Over 2 hours of video that provides the viewers an intimate look at a typical week in Branch Warren’s life. You will see all his workouts by day, and a glimpse of Branch’s life outside of the gym. After not competing in the Olympia in 2007 and 2008, Warren returned to shock the bodybuilding world by placing a brilliant second at the 2009 Olympia, one spot ahead of 2008 Olympia winner Dexter Jackson. It was no disrespect to Jay that many of Branch’s fans felt that he could well have been the 2009 Mr. Olympia winner.

Branch Warren Bio.

Warren has featured in many bodybuilding magazine articles, as well as appearing on the magazine cover of Muscular Development. He endorses MuscleTech supplements. He currently lives in Keller, Texas with his wife Trish Warren, and often trains at MetroFlex Gym in Arlington, Texas.

Peter Wall - Junior Mr. World, Teenage Mr. Australia: what an incredible young physique! We filmed this talented youngster at his peak in 1989 when he took the junior bodybuilding World Championships by storm. Full of aesthetic grace, and awesomely symmetrical, Peter shows us his physique at its most incredible best. Just check out those extraordinary pecs and triceps - sheer perfection.

The video starts with Peter’s prize winning routine from the NABBA Universe and then leads into his informative interview. Peter tells us of his plans for the future, his hopes, dreams and aspirations. We see him working out in the studio, assisted by Mr. Personality himself, SHAUN DAVIS. Shaun, a Mr. Universe winner, is massive and compliments Peter’s superbly symmetrical and defined physique.

Finally our cameras follow Peter to Spain, where we share with him his thrilling victory as he wins the 1989 Junior Mr. World Championships. Since we taped this feature with Peter he has gone on to win the overall Mr. Australia title TWICE! Only a crippling back injury has prevented his becoming a top professional.

Shannon Monroe - Teenage Mr. America is a different type of physique from Peter. He is tall, handsome, and a couple of years younger. He has enormous potential, as he will undoubtedly pack a great deal more muscle onto his 6’ frame in the future.

Shannon pumps and poses his muscles in our London studio using dumbells, and other apparatus, until the sweat trickles down his well-defined body. This segment of 20 minutes also includes an interesting interview with Shannon. He was one of USA's finest young bodybuilders at the time we shot this feature.

Andreas Munzer - The Real Workout

This is the only workout video from the Austrian world champion and pro bodybuilder Andreas Munzer. It was produced just prior to his tragic death in 1996. This unique film shows his personal workout and nutrition strategy which made him one of the world-leaders of professional bodybuilding.

Munzer was said to be one of the most conditioned and shredded bodybuilders of all time. You can also see him in some of our FIBO videos.

Jacques Neuville: Mr. Universe gym workout and posing.

Jacques Neuville has been one of France's all time greatest physiques having competed with distinction in the Mr Olympia on a number of occasions. As a Mr Universe winner he displayed the classic aesthetic European lines which made him the idol of millions.

In this DVD, we see Jacques at work and at play, and then the camera follows him through a full hard-core workout. The DVD includes pumping and posing and exclusive behind the scenes footage of this popular and good looking European champion.

2001 EFBB Amateur Grand Prix

This top amateur Men’s Event was held in conjunction with the 2001 IFBB English Grand Prix, the winner to get his pro card and compete in the Pro Grand Prix that night. The brilliant winner was ALEX GEORGIJEV of Wales, and we interviewed him backstage after his victory.

1988 IFBB Australasia Bodybuilding Championships

The 1988 IFBB Australasia was held in Sydney - and it was a blockbuster, attracting the cream of Australia's bodybuilders. The largest crowd to date was in attendance with enthusiastic fans hanging from the rafters. Ian Riley walked away with top honors in the Men's Over 90kg Heavyweight division. His size, hardness and balance, coupled with a stylish posing display made him the male star of the show.

The Women's Over 52kg winner, blonde bombshell, Melissa Croft, worked hard for her victory. She had good muscular size, great legs and a winning personality. Ms. International, Erica Giesen, gave the appreciative audience more than their money's worth with a sensational guest posing routine lasting more than 5 minutes.

David Kilroy: Junior Champion

DAVID KILROY, an English Junior Physique Champion and powerlifting record holder was only 20 years old at the time this video was made. He oils up for the GMV cameras before stripping off for a gut busting, posing and dumbell pumping session. In the Junior section of the Mr. Universe contest in London, David was a top place getter, and our cameras follow him from the studio through to the ultimate challenge at the NABBA Universe.

1999 IFBB Women's Extravaganza Pro Championships

This was the first year for this contest, with 14 women competing for the Pro Extravaganza Bodybuilding title. Like the Ms. Olympia all were in chiselled condition.

2009 Arnold Strongman Classic
A great title for USA!
The 2009 Arnold Strongman Classic saw only the third new champion crowned since its inception in 2002. This year the honors went to Connecticut police officer and World's Strongest Man runner-up, Derek Poundstone, who improved on his second placing in the 2008 Arnold Strongman event. It was a see-saw contest with the six time Russian National Weightlifting champion, Mikhail Koklyaev, and Poundstone separated by a solitary point at the end of the final event. Poundstone's incredible world record of 15 successful circus dumbell lifts sealed the title over the mighty Russian. Strongman royalty were also present as judges, officials and MCs. These included Magnus Ver Magnusson, Bill Kazmaier, Žydrunas Savickas, Mark Henry, Odd Haugen and David Webster O.B.E.

This DVD is a “must have” for all fans of the strongmen and their incredible feats of power and strength.

Classic Australian Contests of the '70s: With star guest posers.

In this DVD we have assembled our earliest Australian contest film footage going right back to 1972. Take a look back in time at the many greatest physique stars to grace a posing stage down under.

At some of these National Championships you will see star guest posers such as ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER, FRANCO COLUMBU, SERGE NUBRET and ROGER WALKER. These superstar guests were at the peak of their careers. Of special note was the guest posing in 1972 of Arnold and Franco on the Australian Gold Coast in Queensland. They posed solo with long encores, and then performed a duo posing routine for the sell-out audience.

At the 1977 Mr. Australia see the sensational guest posing by SERGE NUBRET. ROGER WALKER, formerly from UK, later placed 6th in the 1980 Mr. Olympia representing Australia.

The top Aussie competitors include FRANK COLOMBERA, PAUL GRAHAM, GRAEME LANCEFIELD, IVAN DJIRLIC, CLYDE BIRD, JOHN KOZIURA, ROBERT NAILON, GEORGE SEREDYNSKI, ROBERT DEEGAN, PETER McCARTHY and SAMMY IOANNIDIS. Plus many more great physiques. Shot on film and digitally transferred to DVD with background music added.

Back in the 70s in Australia, nobody made any film record of Australian contests. Film was expensive and technology was difficult for recording live events on a low budget. Sound film was way more expensive and out of the question. In 1972 with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Franco Columbu coming to Australia as guest posers at the Southern Universe Contest on the Gold Coast, it was time to shoot some of my first ever major contest footage in Australia. This was followed by my filming at the 1972 Mr Australia. Both contests being held under IFBB rules.

This is a DVD of major historical importance both in the context of Aussie bodybuilding, but also for world bodybuilding. This was the early days of USA superstars making posing tours to overseas countries. It was also Arnold and Franco's first visit to Australia.

The day after the Gold Coast Southern Universe contest, I shot my classic pumping and posing films with Arnold and Franco poolside at the former Chevron Hotel pool in Surfer’s Paradise. On the rear cover you will see Robert Nailon’s historic photo from the end of my filming session showing Paul Graham with Arnold and Franco. My thanks to Robert for this great photograph. Paul Graham and Frank Colombera were the leading and most famous bodybuilders in Australia in the early 70s. In these 2 classic 1972 contests you will see Frank come out a very narrow winner over Paul. It has been my privilege to have recorded this early history of the sport in Australia on movie film. My thanks to promoter Bob Bruce who invited me to come and cover his event on film. He took an enormous financial risk at the time in bringing to Australia both Arnold and Franco. Bob is one of the unsung heroes in the history of the sport of bodybuilding in Australia.

The next major international star seen in this DVD is Serge Nubret, who was the special guest poser at the 1977 Mr. Australia won by Ivan Djirlic. This was 2 years after Serge was runner up to Arnold in the 1975 Mr. Olympia. He was in incredible shape and brought the house down, similarly to Arnold and Franco in Australia, 5 years before. 1997 NABBA Australasia & IFSB Fitness Australia: The Women's Pump Room.

Without doubt the best WOMEN'S PUMP ROOM we have produced to date. We talk with the winners - and the losers - we see the intense preparations, and the amazing camaraderie that exists between all the competitors. Even though they have been fighting tooth and nail, life and death on stage. All the top contenders are seen in this compelling DVD as they pump up, or oil up, or generally prep to go on stage.

BRIEF BIO ON MANDY by MANDY

"I started serious training when I was 19.

Debbie Kruck first introduced me to the world of fitness contests and I was instantly hooked.

I had only been training in the gym (training) with weights for two months when I entered my first competition and I placed 2nd. It was then I decided to get really serious about training and vowed to come back the following year and win, which I did!

That win qualified me for the Team Universe and Nationals. I exploded on the scene with a 2nd place finish in the Team Universe and 12 weeks later won the Nationals and was presented, at the Nationals, with a special award for my "Hot For Teacher" routine. It was the first time an award had been given for a routine.

Everything happened really fast for me, I turned pro within a year and I continued onto the Arnold Classic. The Arnold is an invitation only contest and I was proud to have placed 6th in my first pro show ever.

I then started preparing for the World Championship and won the show. After the World Championships I decided to take a shot at the biggest show in the biz, The 1999 Fitness Olympia. I placed 6th overall and won my routine round. My exposure in the fitness contests lead to many magazine cover shoots. I currently have over a 100 international magazine periodical features and covers combined.

I'm now in LA to further my dreams and you're invited to watch it all unfold. I've also started my own clothing line, which you will be seeing everywhere, shortly. The line is a play on my last name. It's dedicated to my grandparents and family for always believing in me!"

2009 NABBA Britain Finals: Men – The Show

The 2009 NABBA Britain Finals was held in Southport, England on the 30th of May. The evening Show DVD gives you an in-depth look at the best British physiques from all areas of the UK. You will see the posing routines of all top 6 competitors in each of the 8 classes, plus awards, and the judging and posedown for Overall NABBA Mr Britain.

We had the truly amazing star in big Dave Titterton from the N.E. We had not seen Dave for some years since he last competed in the NABBA Universe. He is tall, he had size, good proportions for a big man, great legs and back and huge arms – topped off by a wonderful set of abs - plus outstanding condition. If he had competed at the NABBA Worlds 2 weeks later in this condition, we have no doubt he would have taken the Overall World title as well.

When it came to the judging of the 4 Class Winners at the evening show for the Overall NABBA Mr Britain title, Dave Titterton must have started as the hottest favourite in some years. At least that is how we saw it. Without doubt he has a physique of World Class standard. In fact he would not look out of place in any Professional lineup. Not surprisingly he got the judges’ decision and joined the long line of greats who have claimed the Overall NABBA Mr. Britain title.

1993 NABBA World Championships: The Prejudging Men & Women

HELD IN AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND, JUNE 12th 1993

In 1993 the NABBA International World Championships came down to the Southern Hemisphere, and was held in Auckland, New Zealand, much to the delight of the 3,000 strong crowd who turned out to see the show. Competitors came from as far afield as Russia, England, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Samoa and of course, "locals" from Australia and New Zealand.

It was a fantastic lineup showing some of the most ripped and muscular physiques seen at the World's for some years! The competition developed into a tussle between the Australian and German Teams - the Germans in particular were stupendous, as is obvious by the major trophies they took home!

However, they couldn't beat all of the Aussies. DEBORAH COMPTON who took out the Overall Women's Physique title, and TONY BARTON, Australia's top Junior Physique champion who won his class with a resounding World Junior title. Jen Hendershott's Total Training Series 1 – GYM TRAINING

1995 NABBA Australian Bodybuilding Championships: Women - Prejudging & Show

Australia's premier event, the NABBA National Championships was held in Melbourne, Victoria on 21 May, 1995. This was also a qualifier to select the Aussie team to the NABBA World Championships.

This DVD presents the complete women's contest from the prejudging with all of the posing routines and round 1 and 3 comparisons and through to the Evening Show posing and presentations.

Lisa Egan, pictured front cover in this informal pose taken after we shot her gym workout, was ripped to shreds and dominated the field at the Australia. She then went on to make it a double at the World Championships in Malta where she won her class again. Sadly GMV was not able to attend that World Championships and so no video or DVD exists of this contest. Here is your best chance to see LISA EGAN at her absolute contest peak.
She has been one of the best, most dominant female bodybuilders ever produced by Australia.

2009 NABBA Miss Britain Finals Prejudging & Show

The 2009 NABBA Miss Britain Finals was held in Southport, England on the 30th of May. There were 3 FIGURE CLASSES being TONED FIGURE and TRAINED FIGURE Classes 1 and 2.

This DVD presents the complete prejudging and show with all the posing routines and all the comparisons through to the final awards and Overall Figure posedown and presentation.

Of special note this year was the very strong showing from the Scottish team with Laura Irving winning Figure Class 2, and 4th placings to both Wendy Newman and Lynn Carmichael with good representation by the other Scottish women. In fact the 3 women’s classes were the strongest ever seen at a Britain Finals.

MISS TONED FIGURE
The winner of this very high standard class of 19 was the outstanding EMMA FOXTON from the N.E. with Eva Patoka taking 2nd place, and with last year’s winner Kay Ferrier having to settle for 3rd place.

MISS TRAINED FIGURE CLASS 2
In first place was the dynamic Scottish star, LAURA IRVING, who displayed to perfection her great symmetry, excellent shape and good condition. In second place was Silvana Imbrogno with Gina Ford taking out an excellent 3rd place. Silvana and Jo represented UK at the NABBA Worlds in Slovakia 2 weeks later. MISS TRAINED FIGURE CLASS 1
This was a tough class with JO SPERRING from the West taking first place. Last year she was a very close second in her class and this year convincingly claimed the title. Jo was superbly conditioned with good symmetry, outstanding legs and back and gave the huge audience a wonderfully entertaining posing routine. Second was Natalie Jakomis from Wales with Jane Brooks from the Midlands in 3rd place.

The OVERALL TRAINED FIGURE MISS BRITAIN title went to Jo Sperring.

1996 NABBA German National Championships: The Women & Couples - Evening Show

With 3 million bodybuilders, Germany is the second strongest bodybuilding country in the world after USA. Accordingly 11 classes were needed to cater for the huge number of competitors making this easily the largest number we have seen in a single contest.

Held in the famous Jahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt on June 1st, 1996, featuring 175 outstanding competitors in total - male and female. Separate DVDs have been prepared for both Men and Women from the Evening Show. Due to time constraints at such a huge event, we were not able to produce Prejudging DVDs from this contest. 1992 NABBA World Championships: The Women - The Show

Held in Wetzlar, Germany on June 20th, 1992, the Women's event was of exceptional standard with 2 classes each for Figure and Physique. It was the best women's line-up seen in years. This DVD also includes the PAIRS.

FIGURE
Italian MONICA CAPONETTO took out the SHORT CLASS FIGURE title, improving on her 4th place at last year's Universe of 1991. She overcame 3 very competitive German figure stars to achieve her goal.
In the TALL FIGURE CLASS, Australia's own champion, the glamorous SAMI RENOUF was hot on the heels of the eventual overall Figure winner - the beautiful and shapely SARYN MULDROW. Saryn had a most innovative and entertaining routine to show off her long, long perfectly sculptured legs and gorgeous figure at its very best. Saryn is pictured rear cover above.

In the OVERALL POSEDOWN, it was a very strong showing from SARYN MULDROW that saw her take a well earned victory over MONICA CAPONETTO. Saryn later went on to win the 1996 Fitness Olympia title.

PHYSIQUE
The 2 physique classes boasted their strongest ever lineups. A battle royal took place in the PHYSIQUE SHORT CLASS 2 between ANDREA KLAESKE of Germany, and Australia's DEBORAH COMPTON. Deborah had the best back and triceps in the whole contest and improved as the day went on. Andrea was the most ripped competitor with excellent overall balance and symmetry. Andrea is an Ellen van Maris look-alike and got the nod from the judges over Deborah for the title, in a very close finish.

In the Tall PHYSIQUE CLASS 1, it was a very close fought thing with victory to SYLVIA HOEFLER, pictured front cover, by one point over Italy's CINZIA CAMPEIS. Sylvia was quite a star in that she won the IFBB World Junior Heavyweight title in 1989, then took a break from competition before switching to the NABBA ranks earlier in the year. Sylvia had the biggest and best shaped legs seen in a long time, and the separation in her thighs was unbelievable! Topped off by awesome delts and arms, and a very broad back, the strikingly lovely and feminine Sylvia grabbed the class title from the equally outstanding CINZIA CAMPEIS.

Cinzia was also runner up in the 1991 NABBA Universe Tall Class 1. Her super ripped physique is destined for well deserved top honours in the very near future.

PAIRS
There were 4 excellent couples entered in the mixed Pairs competition. The winners were Ute Geisel and George Uhlich from Germany. Ute was the 1991 NABBA Miss Universe Physique Class champion. Please click here for GMV-140DVD to see her winning this Overall Universe title.

In the OVERALL POSEDOWN for the title of Women's World Physique Champion, it was the 21 year old German prodigy SYLVIA HOEFLER from the Tall Class who prevailed over short class winner ANDREA KLAESKE in an all German affair. If ever Germany had a potential winner for the title of Ms. Olympia, then one need look no further than Sylvia! This is an outstanding 90 mins DVD which is the only record of the women from this contest. The Prejudging was not recorded for sale on video.

2009 NABBA World Championships: The Men’s Prejudging

This year the NABBA World Championships was held at the STEEL ARENA in the historic Slovakian city of Kosice. See all 7 Men’s classes from JUNIORS to MASTERS OVER 40 & 50 and the 4 OPEN classes. We witnessed an incredible standard, with amazing quality in each class. The show enjoyed the biggest audience ever seen at a NABBA contest - almost 3000 fans. It was a real bonanza of hard core muscle showcasing the best amateur bodybuilders from around the world.

In this DVD we include the complete posing routines of all competitors and every single comparison from Rounds 1 and 3 in each class. An exceptional quality prejudging DVD shot from our prime position, from centre front of stage. At the end of the day it was a unanimous victory for Slovakia’s VLADIMIR FLIMEL.

COMMENTS ON THE EXTRA SCENES
The DVD contains the most comprehensive selection of EXTRA SCENES we have ever offered from an international contest. 30 minutes of them! The promoter Arpad Mester turned on a night of pure entertainment that was simply incredible.

This time the extra scenes include a different slant in the extensive PHOTO GALLERY. Apart from the usual bodybuilding pictures from front of stage, we include Wayne's peek behind the scenes during set-up, plus other interesting informal photos in and around the contest.

You will also see some amazing acts and entertainment such as Roman Volák - World Karate Champion in a solo and duo virtuoso performance.
Slovakian Folk Dancing which adds to the local flavour of the event. Plus a local rock group to warm up the huge crowd.

Of special note was the incredible LASER LIGHT SHOW that told the story of the NABBA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS, from Worlds year one back in 1984 in Serbia (then called Yugoslavia,) to the present 2009 event in Slovakia.
Plus the Parade of Nations representing the various countries at the event.

1996 NABBA Australasian Champs: The Women - Prejudging & Show

Held at the exciting new venue, The Camberwell Civic Centre in Victoria on September 2lst, this annual event produced some outstanding new national champions.

South Australia had the largest interstate team with 13 competitors: probably the best representation ever in Melbourne - and we walked away with 4 firsts placings from the event.

In this DVD you will see the complete Women's Contest from all of the posing and comparisons at the PREJUDGING through to posing and all the awards at THE SHOW.

The battles for selection in the Aussie team for the NABBA Universe were intense, World champion Pina Theodoridis was too good for an outstanding Terri Roberts in the Figure Class, while Cheryl Stewart ended up one point ahead of sensational newcomer Kathy Zeljko in the Women's Physique Class. The muscular and dynamic Debra Ross from S.A. was a clear winner in the Women's Over 35 Class.

This event was another who's who of British bodybuilding from the late 80s - early 90s. Some big names in British Bodybuilding were taking part in this contest, with many going on to win major titles and become legends of NABBA. 1993 EFBB British Championships - The Show

See all of the action from the biggest EFBB (IFBB) show of the year. Held at the famous Wembley Conference Centre, London on Sunday 10th October, 1993 and shot by Wayne and his GMV crew. Wembley is the home of British bodybuilding and saw the 1982 Mr. Olympia trophy presented to Chris Dickerson on this very same stage.

Share with the various winners their moment of glory in this presentation of the evening show at the 1993 EFBB British Bodybuilding Championships. The DVD includes all of the show posing routines in all classes for men and women, the class awards and the 2 Overall Posedowns. 2009 NABBA World Championships: The Women - Prejudging & Show

This year the NABBA World Championships was held at the STEEL ARENA in the historic Slovakian city of Kosice. All 3 women's classes are included with the women's figure contest producing an incredible standard, with amazing quality in each class. The show enjoyed the biggest audience ever seen at a NABBA contest - almost 3000 fans.

In this DVD you will see the complete posing routines of all competitors in all classes at the Prejudging and the top 6 at the Show. We include all of the comparisons from the Prejudging, plus posedowns, judging of the OVERALL FIGURE, and all awards at the Show. A real bonanza of hard core muscle showcasing the best women from around the world.

COMMENTS ON THE EXTRA SCENES:

The DVD contains the most comprehensive selection of EXTRA SCENES we have ever offered from an international contest. 30 minutes of them! The promoter Arpad Mester turned on a night of pure entertainment that was simply incredible.

This time the extra scenes include a different slant in the extensive PHOTO GALLERY. Apart from the usual bodybuilding pictures, we include Wayne's peek behind the scenes during set-up, plus other interesting informal photos in and around the contest.

You will also see some amazing acts and entertainment such as Roman Volák - World Karate Champion in a solo and duo virtuoso performance.

Slovakian Folk Dancing which adds to the local flavour of the event. Plus a local rock group to warm up the huge crowd.

Of special note was the incredible LASER LIGHT SHOW that told the story of the NABBA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS, from year one back in 1984 in Serbia (then called Yugoslavia) to the present year's event in Slovakia, 2009.

Plus the Parade of Nations representing the various countries at the event.

Raising the Bar #3: The Final Chapter of a life in bodybuilding

This DVD is the final part of the trilogy revealing how bodybuilding affects not only how you look, but its effect on personal relationships, and much more. This award winning series traces the life and career of top bodybuilder Dave Pulcinella as he fights his way through the ranks of amateur bodybuilding, following his dream in search of a Pro card.

This compelling Raising the Bar series is more than just gym training, or showing endless sets and reps. The RTB series is much more than a run of the mill training DVD. Of course there is some inspirational gym footage, with blood, sweat and tears. There is also much more as this DVD explores the heart and soul of a top bodybuilding competitor. It takes you where no DVD usually ventures to tread. It explores the stresses and strain - and pain that a top bodybuilder feels, and how it affects the lives of those who are close to him. Especially his struggling relationships with his beautiful girlfriend, top figure competitor, Jenn Emig.

RTB#3 takes you behind the scenes at the 2007 IFBB North American Championships and beyond, as Dave Pulcinella makes his final run at winning a Pro card. Few can match Dave's life-long dedication to the sport of bodybuilding. In particular you get a better understanding on why bodybuilding one of the most misunderstood sports in the world.

For those of you who were surprised and enthralled by the delightful, poignant story so far from RTB #1 and #2, this is the final piece of the puzzle regarding Dave's hard fought journey. RTB#3 is beautifully told, with the DVD superbly produced by his brother Mike of Mike Pulcinella Video productions. It was a tough journey started back in 2004 and in DVD #3 we follow Dave Pulcinella as he gives his all in a last ditch roll of the dice for his Pro card. Will he succeed and will he fix his rocky relationships with Jenn. You will need to check out this DVD to find out! It deserves to be seen by every serious bodybuilder.

Held in the fabulous Theatre Royal in Nottingham, England, this is the Women's National EFBB (IFBB) Championships of Britain. This is a huge, prestigious theatre where many past English Grand Prix have been staged. It is still the home of the British Championships today, run by the UKBFF.

See the complete prejudging of the three weight classes with symmetry rounds and all key comparisons, plus the posing routines of all 16 competitors.

At the Evening Show, we include posedowns, awards and the posing of each class winner, and the judging and posedown to select the overall winner, Anita Hibberd.

The Prejudging was so long and of such a high standard, and with such a huge number of competitors, we have had to split the Men’s Prejudging into 2 separate DVDs.
